ENAMELLING DIE FOR RECTANGULAR WIRE
WITH DOUBLE TOROIDAL SPRINGS


The type of enamelling die in the photo (type"A") comes used for enamel rectangular wire section max. 25x5 mm.
The particular characteristic of this model adopter double toroidal springs is that one of having dimension of blocks very inferior regarding the version with external springs and exercises moreover one more uniform pressure on the rectangular wire.
The chamfers normally used go from a min. of  0,20 mm to a max. of  0,40 mm. Others measures to demand are however supplied, in function of the beam of the rectangular wire used.
The blocking of the rolls comes realized (in the model in photo) by means of it uses of 2 screws TFEI and 2 screws TCEI with relative washers of 4 mm. The version with 2 passing nuts (to ogive) and 2 nuts no passing can also be realized.
