ROLLS FOR ENAMELLING DIE
CONCENTRIC ROLLS / ECCENTRIC ROLLS

The types of rolls in photo can be supplied with standard lengths of  18 - 20 - 34 mm. Other lengths can upon request be executed.
The rolls eccentric (with the not constant threading on all 360°) are supplied with depth groove from 0,00 mm until to a max. of  0,30 mm.
The rolls concentric (with constant threading on all 360°) are supplied with depth groove from 0,00 mm until to a max. of  0,30 mm in function of the type of used enamel.
The rolls (concentric or eccentric) have a step standard of equal threading to 0,50 mm. They can be supplied, to demand, passes of threading with 0,35 mm and 0,60 mm.
The rolls have got superficial hardness 60 / 62 HRc.
