ENAMELLING DIE FOR RECTANGULAR WIRE
WITH EXTERNAL SPRINGS

The type of enamelling die in the photo (type "A") comes used for enamel rectangular wire section max. 25x5 mm.
This model is employed in the systems with applier varnish lacking in separation bulkheads enamel.
The chamfers normally used go from a min. of  0,20 mm to a max. of  0,40 mm. Others measures to demand are however supplied, in function of  the beam of the rectangular wire used.
The blocking of the rolls comes realized (in the model in photo) by means of it uses of 2 passing nuts (to ogive) and 2 nuts no passing. The version with 2 screws  TFEI and 2 screws TCEI with relative washers of 4 mm can also be realized.
